This 7th edition has a lot of add-in. It covers almost subject I faced in the exam. But you still need UW or Kaplan Bank

Absolutely good book. They change few diagrams and I really liked it. Good review book but not for beginner.

While I feel like there is some important information missing from this book, its not meant to be a complete text and is supposed to be supplemented with other material. I am using this along with Step up to Step 2 and USMLE World ? bank. I feel like I'm getting an adequate exposure to all topics this way. With that being said, I have't taken my test yet...
